- When I was a little girl I dreamed of being a wife, mother & homemaker.
- I always wanted to live on a big farm with animals.. and here we are.
- Farming flowers and wedding design found me and I couldn't resist.
- I think my husband is the funniest man alive. I am his biggest fan and I spend half my days laughing at his jokes and the other half simply adoring him.
- My love language is words of affirmation.
- I'd like to homestead more in the coming years.
- I still cry over losing my pet rooster, Allister. And truly believe he will be waiting at the gates of heaven.
- I am a mom to 3 and love my kids so much it hurts.
- We eat by candlelight almost every night.
- I'm on a mission to transform our farm into an old English country setting.

the beginning
I can't really put into words all of the emotions. Leaving our home in Kilbride felt a little like leaving a piece of my heart. And the final days were so chaotic and stressful.. and filled with dreams of what is to come, beyond that beautiful home. I stood there in the empty house. I was the last one in there and I said outloud, through my uncontrollable tears, "I have loved you. I have loved you"
